Great children’s book for parents, teachers and children. This book is educational and inspirational, and must read for everyone. Say no to bullying!

My mission in writing this book was to educate and give children and parents hope that there are solutions in overcoming childhood obesity and bullying. As a young girl, I was bullied for being overweight, and would not wish this on any child. The days were long in school until I made a decision to stand up for myself, and incorporate a healthy lifestyle. It was not easy in the beginning, but having parent and school support should make this journey that much easier. If you feel you need more help, by all means email me.

My book also gives children and parents helpful and positive suggestions so that you too can become vibrant and happy, and create a wonderful life for yourself.
